Terms of Service

These terms govern Fed Tipsheet, operated by MJAI Systems LLC, 1631 Del Prado Blvd S, Cape Coral, FL 33990 ("MJAI", "we"). By using the site, signing up or subscribing you agree to them.

1. The service

Fed Tipsheet provides digests of U.S. federal contract opportunities drawn from public SAM.gov data, automated summaries and fit scores. MJAI is not affiliated with SAM.gov, GSA, SBA or any government agency, and is not a law firm or a government contracting officer.

2. No guarantee; your responsibility

We do not guarantee that any opportunity is complete, current or correctly summarized, that you are eligible for it, or that you will win any award. You are solely responsible for reading the full solicitation and all amendments, determining eligibility, and preparing, signing, certifying and submitting your proposal. Any bid package material, including the sample on this site, is a draft for your review; you must verify every statement, especially representations, certifications, past performance and pricing.

3. AI-generated content

Summaries, scores and draft proposal text are generated in whole or part by software and AI models and may contain errors or omissions. See the disclaimer.

4. Subscriptions and payment

The free weekly email costs nothing. Starter ($99/month: 1 profile, daily digest, a 2-3 sentence summary of each match plus its match reasons, no scores) and Pro ($249/month: up to 5 profiles, bid/no-bid scores and verdicts, and 1 compliance matrix per month, delivered within 3 business days of your request; and deep summaries of each match: scope, key dates and place of performance, plus evaluation factors, the Q&A deadline and prior-award info (similar past awards from USAspending, not always the incumbent) where public data has it) are billed monthly only, with no long-term contract or commitment, and renew monthly until cancelled and are sold through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and may add applicable tax. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not give partial-month refunds except where required by law.

5. Bid packages

Done-for-you bid packages are not offered at this time; the bid package on this site is a sample of our work. If we offer them, their terms will be published here before any order is accepted.

6. Your content and confidentiality

You keep ownership of documents you send. We use them only to provide the service to you and do not use them to serve other customers. You grant us a license to process them for that purpose. Do not send classified, CUI or export-controlled information.

7. Acceptable use

No scraping or resale of the service, no unlawful use, and no use to submit false statements to the government.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is", and MJAI's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid MJAI in the 3 months before the claim. MJAI is not liable for lost awards, lost profits or indirect damages.

9. Legacy products

Purchasers of MJAI's earlier HVAC/plumbing workflow kits remain covered by the kit terms that came with their purchase.
