MJAI Systems LLC, 1631 Del Prado Blvd S, Cape Coral, FL 33990 ("MJAI", "we") collects: your email, NAICS codes, set-aside status and other profile answers you give us; checkout details processed by Stripe (we don't see full card numbers); documents you send us (for example, once done-for-you bid packages launch); and basic technical data (a one-way hash of your IP address, browser type) to prevent abuse. When you sign up we also record how you found us: the page you signed up from, the referring site (address without its query string) and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign). We use no advertising or conversion-tracking tags.

We use this to send the emails you asked for, match opportunities, bill you, and improve the service. We do not sell or rent personal information. Service providers that process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), and our email delivery provider once enabled, plus AI model providers that process opportunity text and any documents you send us.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; we honor requests promptly. To access or delete your data, email [email protected] or write to MJAI Systems LLC, 1631 Del Prado Blvd S, Cape Coral, FL 33990. We keep signup data while you're subscribed and up to 24 months after, and any documents you send us for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
